Founded in Brooklyn, New York, Roberta’s began as a small pizzeria in 2008. It gained fame for its artisanal pizzas and unique atmosphere, quickly becoming a beloved destination, celebrated for its high-quality ingredients and community vibe.


Meet The Team

Brandon Hoy
Hailing from Napa Valley, Hoy honed his chops (literally and figuratively) at legendary St. Helena butchery, Ernie’s Meats, before moving to New York and entering the nightlife scene. He is actively involved in the Brooklyn food community, having also co-founded the 40,000 sq. ft urban garden, Brooklyn Grange.
Carlo Mirarchi
Carlo Mirarchi is the chef and co-founder of Roberta’s and Ezio’s. Known for his bold, seasonal cooking and wood-fired techniques, Mirarchi has helped build Roberta’s into an internationally recognized brand. His work spans multiple restaurants, a national frozen pizza line, and frequent appearances at leading culinary events and festivals around the world.
